Terms and risks

bountyline.fun ("Bountyline") is a tool. Using it means you accept what follows. Not available where prohibited by law.

Not financial advice

Nothing on this site is investment advice or a recommendation to buy anything. Memecoins can lose all their value in minutes. A coin launched for a repository says nothing about the value of that repository, and paying contributors doesn't hold any price up.

Creators are responsible for their coins

Every coin is created by its creator's wallet. The creator chooses its name, image, description, repository and pledge, and is the only one who can collect its creator fees and pay bounties. Bountyline checks that the repository names the creator's wallet, but doesn't vet creators, judge pull requests or decide amounts, and can't make a creator keep a pledge: it shows the record.

Contributors

A bounty is a voluntary payment by the coin's creator. Labels and amounts on GitHub are the maintainer's word, not a contract with Bountyline. Writing a wallet in a pull request makes it public. Taxes on what you receive are yours to handle.

What is enforced, and by whom

The repository and the pledge can't be changed after launch (pump.fun fixes the metadata address; IPFS content can't change). A payout collects and pays in one transaction, all or nothing (Solana), and its memo names the pull request (SPL Memo program). Everything else on the coin page is read and tracked by Bountyline from the chain and GitHub, and the creator's future behaviour is only their word. The full table is in How it works.

The $BOUNTY token

If a project token exists, it gives no right of any kind over Bountyline, its code, its revenue (it has none) or its decisions. It is a memecoin launched with this tool.

Fees

Bountyline charges nothing. pump.fun, PumpSwap, PumpPortal (0.5% of a dev buy) and the Solana network charge their own fees, shown before you sign. Your wallet signs every transaction; Bountyline never holds your keys, SOL, tokens or fees.

Services this site relies on

  • pump.fun and PumpSwap programs and their official SDKs, to create coins and collect fees.
  • PumpPortal, to build the creation transaction.
  • GitHub's public API, to read repositories, issues and pull requests.
  • Pinata, to pin images and metadata on IPFS.
  • A Solana RPC provider, to read the chain and send transactions.
  • Jupiter and CoinGecko, for the SOL price in dollars.
  • Upstash Redis, to store the list of coins and payouts.

Any of them can fail or change. Bountyline isn't affiliated with any of them.

Removal

Bountyline can hide a coin from its pages (illegal content, impersonation, scams). That changes nothing on-chain: the coin keeps existing on pump.fun.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. Bugs, outages, wrong figures from third parties and network failures can happen. Check transactions on an explorer before relying on them.
